
An Opera at 40!
Goals:The Federal University of Uberlândia sought our expertise to create a visual identity and material for social media for the show "Uma Ópera aos 40!", a celebration of the UFU Choir's 40th anniversary. The challenge was to unite the scenic direction, the operatic performances and the scenography into a striking visual identity. The main inspiration came from the scenography base, created by a renowned local artist, and was transformed into graphic elements to represent the grandeur of the event.
Contributions:As designers, our mission was to capture the essence of the show and translate it into a cohesive and compelling visual identity. The scenography base was the main source of inspiration, and we worked in layers to replicate the exquisite finish of the digital painting created by the artist. The stone logo and the layers of mossy green tones with toned whites created a distinctive and impressive visual identity.
Creative Solution:The inspiration from the scenography base brought an artistic and refined touch to the visual identity. The creation of the layered logo and the use of greenish tones and toned whites conveyed the feeling of harmony and grandeur that the UFU Choir represented after 40 years of history. This color palette and the richness of the graphic elements perfectly reflected the show.
Results:The visual identity and social media material created for "Uma Opera aos 40!" managed to successfully convey the grandeur of the event and the rich history of the UFU Choir. The layered logo and moss and white tones provided a feeling of elegance and harmony. The presence on social media ensured that the event was widely publicized and well received by the public, celebrating four decades of music and culture in a memorable way.
