Visual Identity and Social Media for Belecina Ateliê
Goals: Our mission was to create a visual identity that reflected the incredible journey of our client, who left a career in pharmacy to embark on the exciting world of fashion with her studio, Belecina. The studio, named in honor of his beloved grandmother, needed to convey the idea of transformation and evolution. Furthermore, it was crucial to establish a clear differentiation between collection pieces, children's pieces and men's pieces, while maintaining brand cohesion.
Contributions:As a graphic designer, my main focus was to create a unique and versatile visual identity for Belecina Ateliê. I started with the choice of key elements: the butterfly, symbolizing transformation, and a light serif typography to provide solidity. We introduced visual badges using "|A" for collection pieces, "|K" for children's and "|M" for men's, each with distinctive colors (neon red, autumn orange and petrol) for easy identification. This allowed the brand to easily adapt to different product lines.
Creative Solution:The butterfly was skillfully incorporated into the logo, representing the customer's journey in an elegant and sophisticated way. Light serif typography gave the brand a sense of authenticity and quality while keeping it approachable. The addition of the "|A," "|K," and "|M" badges ensured that customers could instantly identify the type of product offered.
Results:The new visual identity of Belecina Ateliê was a great success, reflecting the client's history and passion. The introduction of distinctive colors for the different product lines made navigation easier for customers, increasing brand recognition. Furthermore, the initial structural foundation of Social Media helped establish a strong presence on Instagram from the beginning, connecting with the public and sharing the story, motivations and wonderful pieces from the first collection. This initial social media strategy generated enthusiastic engagement and helped build a growing online community for Belecina Ateliê.
